  • Maintain client portals, timelines, and planning documents to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Support client communication as directed by the Principal Planner

Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Assist with social media management (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and blog): draft captions, schedule posts, source content, and track engagement.

  • Coordinate with photographers and vendors to collect and organize photo/video content for marketing use.

  • Draft and publish blog posts/newsletters aligned with brand voice and strategy.

  • Track analytics and suggest improvements for digital visibility.

  • Support styled shoots and brand collaborations.

Event Production & Logistics

  • Provide on-site support at weddings and events, including set-up, vendor management, and breakdown.

  • Assist with event day timelines, floor plans, and rental orders.

  • Manage packing, inventory, and event supplies.

  • Lead small-scale tasks independently while supporting the Principal Planner on larger productions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or marketing.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong writing skills with an ability to capture a refined, elevated brand voice.

  • Comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and blogging platforms.

  • Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace; experience with Canva, CRM systems, Tripleseat, or project management tools a plus.

  • Able to work nights and weekends for event execution (schedule varies seasonally).

  • Must have a car and valid driver’s license for travel to events throughout New England.

What We’re Looking For

  • A polished, professional presence—someone who can confidently represent our brand.

  • A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • A team player with a positive attitude, but also someone who can take initiative and work independently.

  • Passion for weddings, hospitality, and creating meaningful client experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience

  • Event day meals + mileage reimbursement for travel

  • Flexible hybrid schedule (remote admin/marketing, in-person events)

  • Opportunities for growth within a boutique luxury planning firm
