Faqs

  • To officially reserve your date on the MPE calendar, an initial deposit of 50% of your package price will be due upon signing the contract. Remaining payments will be outlined in the contract, with the final payment being due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.

  • MPE couples gain access to a dedicated planning portal, where they can compare customized vendor proposals, track their budget and upcoming payments, and review my production documents. Having everything in one place is crucial to the organization and execution of not only the wedding day, but all the planning in the months leading up.

  • The most important thing to keep in mind is that the venue planner/coordinator works for the venue. They are there to enforce the rules of the venue, while simultaneously ensuring that the timeline while you are on site runs smoothly. By hiring an outside planner, you are partnering with someone who advocates 100% for you. We cover much more than just the goings on at the venue. We function as an additional layer, allowing the venue coordinator to focus on the staff/kitchen, while the planner focuses on the couple and their guests.

  • MPE does have recommended vendors that we can provide to clients. However we often curate our vendors for each wedding, based on budget and style preferences.
